Your membership points are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of entitlement. Once the accumulated points have been redeemed against a purchase, the transaction is final, and the points cannot be rolled back into the account.
Purchases made on whitehillstudio.com will qualify for points accrual. Purchases made on partner websites or offline will not be eligible.
Yes! After redeeming your points, a 5% of the total payable amount will be added as new Reward Points to your account.
Points cannot be collected on purchases made before registering in the Membership Club. Please note that no exceptions will be made in this regard.
