You will receive emails in two stages:
The first email will be sent to you once your order is confirmed. The second email will be sent across once the order is shipped with tracking details.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Shipping Within India
All orders are shipped within 24-48 hours through Shiprocket. Your shipment will be delivered within 12 working days from the date of order placement.
We offer Free Shipping Pan India.
International Shipping
For International Shipping, please write to us at: nandita@whitehillstudio.com
No Cancellation or Refunds are offered once the order is placed.
Goods damaged in transit are replaced free of cost.
Terms: Proof of damages(images/videos) to be emailed/messaged within 48 hours of Order Delivery.
DAMAGES & RETURNS
Due to the fragile nature of ceramics, we do not accept returns unless it is damaged in transit.
In case of damages, we expect you to inform us within 24 hours of delivery with images/videos of damaged goods and we will replace your order. After 24 hours, no replacement queries will be accepted.
